    有点酸甜味的黄梨炒饭,特别让人开胃。如果条件允许,请用新鲜黄梨丁来炒,味道和口感都很好。

    Step 1

    烧热油,炒香素火腿和冬菇,加入咖喱粉炒香,再加入黄梨和杂豆炒匀。Heat up oil, stir-fry mock ham and black mushrooms until fragrant. Add in curry powder and stir-fry until aromatic. Add pineapple and mixed vegetables and stir-fry until well mixed.

    Step 2

    加入白饭和调味料,开大火炒至均匀及香,便可盛起享用。Add in rice, seasoning and stir-fry with high heat until well mixed and fragrant. Dish up and serve.
